I would guess that the top picture shows elderberries - maybe not quite ripe - and the bottom two pictures are of sloes.
Elderberries make a super full-bodied red wine. You *can* eat sloes but they will make you suck in your cheeks - they are sharp! But sloe gin is superb, even more so if you can bear to let it mature a month or two before drinking.
